Jason is here with a mountain update!

On Tuesday, we officially announced our 2026 trail expansion to the public. Three brand-new trails are joining the fleet for the upcoming season. It’s going to be a winter you are not going to want to miss.

First, we’re renaming a few important connections around the mountain. This will help our Patrol team communicate more clearly and give you a better idea of how each section of terrain is skiing.

Now, let’s get to the big news, construction is already underway on all three brand-new trails.

First, at the bottom of Rocket and Margie’s Delight, we’re adding an untamed black diamond. We’re preserving the natural terrain features with plenty of rollers.

Second, at the first corner of Upper Cleopatra, we’re cutting a blue-square intermediate trail that will cascade down toward the Sphinx featuring a secret hot chocolate bar. This trail will provide an alternate route and help relieve pressure on Honeymoon.

And last, but certainly not least, we’re adding a double-black-diamond near the Stevenson unload that will connect to Pharaoh. It will be narrow, steep, and right underneath the lift line, putting you right in the action with plenty of spectators watching from above.

All three trails need new names, and we’re going to need your help. Stay tuned for more information on how you can be part of the naming process.

Our 2026/27 Season Passes are still FROZEN, with prices starting at just $269, so there’s still time to lock in your pass and be part of everything coming to Camelback.

We’re committed to raising the bar again this winter here at Camelback, home of Pennsylvania’s longest ski season.

Count on it.

We’ll see you out on the mountain!

We’re adding three new trails as part of our biggest terrain expansion in more than 30 years.

The trail count and acreage itself is not the story. What these trails add to the mountain is, because there is something for everyone.

Under the Stevenson Lift, the new double black is going to ski fast. It follows the fall line right off the top and drops straight toward Pharaoh’s, giving us steep turns that should be a lot of fun when the snow is good, or the cord is fresh.

Off Upper Cleopatra, the new blue winds through the woods before joining Big Pocono. This one is all about progression. More room to work on linking turns, changing your line and getting comfortable skiing through tighter terrain. And somewhere in those woods, we’re hiding a secret hot chocolate bar.

Then there’s the new black below Basilisk. This one is for skiers who want to step it up a little. Super fun rolling terrain, some turns to work through and a completely new way to connect Basilisk down toward the Bailey.

Each of these trails has their own identity that provide a unique skier experience. More options for all. Better connections. More ways to spend a day together.

And we’re keeping season pass prices where they are (for now). Starting at $269. No increase.

Alright! We've cleared out our waitlist and we're opening sales up to the public. Sunbowl chairs are sold out, and we have limited quantities of Marc and Cleopatra chairs. This is a first come, first serve sale. Once they're gone, they're gone.

This is your chance to have a little piece of Camelback history!

We could have painted our lift towers and terminals any color. Battleship gray, like you’ll find at most mountains. A striking red to cut through the cold season. Even blue, to drive home “the brand.”

We went with Evergreen.

Not just because it blends with our surroundings while still popping against the hill, but because of what Evergreen stands for. Endurance. Renewal. A deep connection to the mountain. It’s the perfect color for infrastructure that has weathered storms, stood the test of time, and carried generations of guests up Camelback, with generations more still to come.

We’re continuing to raise the bar this season. Some upgrades you’ll notice right away. Others you might ride right past without a second thought. But we believe it all adds up to a better mountain, one lift tower, one hot chocolate, one turn at a time.

Our fearless leader came up with a big win last night! Camelback hosted the 2026 Pocono Chamber of Commerce Bizzy Awards, and our very own VP and GM, Jason Bays, took home this year’s award for Best Business Leader!

He will be cursing us when he realizes we posted this because he doesn’t want the shine, but Jason started here as a lifeguard and ski instructor with us when he was 16. Returning to Camelback after building a career in hospitality, Jason took the helm last fall and immediately made an impact, driving home his core belief in putting the guest first. Whether it was helping build the longest winter in PA history, the return of free parking, the slashing of the Camelbeach and winter season passes, or a host of other items- Jason’s effort to build a new chapter here at Camelback is hard to miss.

He would never take this credit, and will likely mention that he couldn’t do this without a committed, hard-working team. And while it’s true that the crew here at Camelback works tirelessly, the impact on the community wouldn’t be possible without vision from the top. Cheers to Jason and the whole Camelback team. Drinks on him (question mark?)!

If you joined our chair sale wait list, now is the time to check your email!

Chairs from Cleopatra, Marc Antony, and the original Sunbowl I & II are now available for purchase.

Once they're gone, they're gone! If you can't make the set pickup times, choose a date and shoot us an email to get an alternative pickup day.

We've been getting a lot of questions about dimensions and weight for transport, so here are the deets: Each chair weighs from 400 - 600 pounds, dimensions are as follows: Cleopatra - 108" x 68.5", Marc - 112" x 48", Sunbowl - 98" x 48". Bring a friend and a truck or trailer!

Miss out on the wait list? We'll be opening up the leftover sales to the public very soon.

New fit, who this?

It may be a Tuesday, but some of our veteran lifts are putting on their Sunday best.

Jason is back with a winter mountain update.

All around the mountain our team is preparing for winter. New snowmaking pipe has just arrived, and some of our favorite lifts are getting a fresh set of paint.

Additionally, we're getting ready to make a major capital improvements announcement about the mountain... and that is coming in September.

We've received some questions about our planned Opening Date for the season. The truth is that we don't have one. What we can tell you is that we will be open for the season as soon as physically possible. As fast as Mother Nature and Ullr allows us to make enough snow, we'll be spinning the lifts.

This fall we're debuting The Curse of Camelback. Take on the out-of-this-world apocalyptic experience starting September 17th. Noxious gas clouds have mutated the exposed, and it is up to the survivors to join the cause and take part in a rescue mission. We will also have our 1000' Zipline and Mountain Coaster running during The Curse of Camelback for our ultimate thrill seekers.

We'll see you out on the mountain!
