This evening at 5pm will be my final class taught Yoga with Kendra . This isnāt goodbye forever, itās just a goodbye for now.
Itās been an honor to teach and be taught in this space and I look forward to seeing what happens in our next chapters.

Some seasons donāt ask for your permission to change⦠they just do.
And if youāre anything like me, your first instinct might be to hold onā¦
to what feels familiar,
to what feels safe,
to what you thought things were āsupposedā to look like.
But yoga teaches us something different.
Every breath is a reminder that nothing is meant to stay the same.
The inhale comes in⦠and it leaves.
The exhale creates space⦠for something new to arrive.
The tension we feel in life isnāt always from the change itself, itās from the gripping.
From trying to hold onto something thatās already shifting.
So what would it feel like to soften instead?
To trust that just because something is changingā¦
doesnāt mean something is going wrong.
It might actually mean something is making space.
⨠You donāt have to have everything figured out.
⨠You donāt have to rush the process.
⨠You just have to stay present enough to take the next breath.
Thatās your anchor.
And sometimes⦠thatās enough. š¤

This Thanksgiving, Iām grateful for our Yoga with Kendra community, for every person who has stepped onto a mat, taken a breath with intention, or chosen to slow down and care for themselves.
Iām also deeply grateful for my children, who remind me daily of patience, presence, and unconditional love. They are part of the heartbeat behind this work.
Wherever you are today, may you find ease in your breath, softness in your body, and warmth in your heart.
