Have you ever stopped to ask yourself...
If you couldn't work tomorrow because of an unexpected illness or injury, what would happen to your business? What would happen to your family?
This isn't something any of us like to think about. I know I didn't until my husband was injured. That experience made me think differently about how quickly things can change and how important it is to have a plan in place.
Would your bills still get paid?
Would your clients still be taken care of?
Would your family have enough income while you recovered?
These are questions most business owners don't ask until they're forced to.
Having a plan in place isn't about expecting the worst. It's about protecting everything you've worked so hard to build and the people who depend on you.
Have you thought about what your backup plan would be if you couldn't work for 30 days?

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching business owners grow into confident leaders.
This review from Bill really captures what business coaching is about. It isn't about handing out answers. It's about asking the right questions, helping business owners think through complex decisions, strengthen leadership skills, and grow their businesses with confidence and clarity.
One line especially stood out to me:
"She asked the right questions instead of just handing me an answer, and I ended up with a solution I actually believed in."
That's exactly the goal.
Every business has moments when the next step isn't obvious. Whether it's hiring, improving operations, or making leadership decisions, my role as a business coach is to help clients find the answers that are right for their business, not simply provide quick solutions.
Thank you, Bill, for your trust. It's been a privilege to be part of your journey and to see ProfitPro Bookkeeping continue to grow. Congratulations on everything you've accomplished. I can't wait to see what's next.
If youβre a business owner navigating decisions that donβt have obvious answers, Iβd be glad to talk.

Breaking News π¨ The numbers know before you do.
Every business leaves clues.
Long before revenue slows...
Long before cash gets tight...
Long before you're feeling overwhelmed...
The numbers have already started telling the story.
The problem isn't that business owners don't care about their numbers.
The problem is they don't know what they're looking at.
They watch revenue.
They check the bank balance.
They hope next month will be better.
Meanwhile, the business is quietly signaling:
β’ Margins are shrinking.
β’ Capacity is maxed out.
β’ Payroll is becoming harder to support.
β’ One client represents too much risk.
β’ Growth is creating complexity instead of freedom.
The numbers aren't there to judge you.
They're there to help you make better decisions before small problems become expensive ones.
That's why I start with financial clarity.
Not because numbers matter more than people.
Because they reveal what's actually happening, so you can lead your business with confidence instead of assumptions.
What is your business trying to tell you today?

I was thinking about a conversation I sometimes have with business owners.
They'll tell me, "We had a great sales month, so I think it's time to hire."
My first question is usually:
"What does your cash flow say?"
Sales tell us what came in.
Cash flow tells us what your business can comfortably support after payroll, taxes, inventory, and other expenses are covered.
Sometimes the answer is, "Yes, it's a great time to hire."
Sometimes it's, "Let's wait another month."
Neither answer is right or wrong.
The important thing is making the decision with good information instead of assumptions.
If you're getting ready to make a big investment in your business, here's one question worth asking:
What does my cash flow say I can afford?

Your business should support your life, not consume it.
π 2 AM and you cannot shut your mind off.
π 7 AM and everyone needs something from you.
π 7 PM and you are still trying to make the numbers work.
π
Weekends become another workday.
This is not just part of being a business owner. It is often a sign that something in your business needs attention.
If you are not here yet, let's keep it that way. If you are already here, it can be different.
I will roll up my sleeves and work alongside you to uncover what is keeping your business from working the way it should. Together, we will build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.
Send me a message and let's talk.
