I'll be honest — I came to reiki sideways.

My path started with meditation, then deepened through channeling and communicating with my spirit guides. Reiki was, at first, just another way to practice that connection. But something shifted when I started showing up to reiki shares, offering energy to the group, weaving it into my yoga classes, sending it outward into the community.

I realized: this is what living intentionally feels like.

Reiki has grounded me. It has given me a language for the healing energy I've always carried — the hopeful, steady, anchoring kind. And sharing that? That's the real gift. Honestly, it might be more for me than anyone else. 😊
