Inspiration might get you through the door on day one, but showing up and putting in the work day after day is what builds real success on the court.
🏐
When the initial hype wears off, your daily habits, discipline, and commitment to the process are what drive true progress. Focus on building strong routines in practice this week, trust your training, and let those consistent habits lead the way.

In honor of her birthday, this Throwback Thursday is to when Coach Monica was dominating the court as a player! 🏐🔥
From putting in the work as an athlete to now standing on the sideline as a coach, she brings that same passion, competitive grit, and deep love for the game to our AAC players every single day. Seeing an athlete transition from playing the sport to shaping the next generation of players is what this program is all about.
Thank you, Coach Monica, for inspiring our players by leading by example! 💙

One set, one game, or one tough loss never defines your journey. What truly matters is how you answer the bell when things don’t go according to plan.

True growth happens in the moments you choose to dust yourself off, learn from the mistake, and get right back to work. Keep your head high, trust your training, and bring that relentless courage onto the court this week.
