WE COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED!!!!!! THE BIGGEST CONGRATULATIONS TO BAILEY & KYLE!!!!

While every proposal is so special when we are included, this particular one was EXTRA SPECIAL!!!! Kyle was one of my very first hires i made at CRD when I took over. Bailey came on soon after to help on weekends (they were already a couple). Kyle has helped me elevate this business to what you see today!!!

I never had a little brother but I truly consider Kyle the littlw brother never had! As the big sister you never had, I'm so glad Bailey is officially become my sister too!!!!!

🤿 Key Largo Dive Report | Friday's Dives Were Worth the Wait! 🌊

Some days, the first dive is just the warm-up...

We headed out with Conch Republic Divers for a two-tank dive in "Lake Atlantic"—the nickname locals use when the ocean is as flat as glass. And they weren't kidding! The conditions were absolutely incredible.

Dive 1 – Victory:
A little quiet. Still a beautiful dive, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Dive 2 – Davis:
WOW. What a difference!

🐠 Massive schools of fish
💜 Sergeant majors in breeding colors, turning purple as they guarded their nests
🦈 And, after striking out all week... we finally found a shark on the Friday of Shark Week! I'd call that perfect timing.

Just another reminder that every dive is different. Sometimes all it takes is one more giant stride to turn a good day into an unforgettable one.

A huge thank you to the crew at Conch Republic Divers for another fantastic day on the water!

Two months ago today, we headed to Key Largo with a group of Veterans for a week of diving.
