On Saturday we are having a wellness popup to compliment Margarita Mile from 1-5. All are welcome! is offering chair massage and there will be other surprises as well!

Oh and kitten yoga is coming up on the 27th! This is a special fundraising event and NOT included in the regular membership so make sure to sign up if you want to come! We anticipate this selling out. If it sells out quickly, we may be able to add a second time!

What is Kitten Yoga?

Kitten yoga is a gentle, lighthearted fitness class where participants practice basic yoga surrounded by free-roaming, adoptable rescue kittens.

To keep our kittens and participants safe this event is limited to participants 13+

We recommend pre-registering as this will likely fill up fast!

Unhurried, mindful, and deeply rejuvenating, this class begins with grounding breathwork and gentle mobilization to ease into your body. We then transition into a slow-paced flow, exploring foundational poses like Downward Dog and accessible, modified Vinyasa sequences.

The physical practice builds gentle strength and flexibility without feeling rushed.
To close, you will melt into a deep relaxation experience featuring a guided body scan meditation and a restorative Savasana accompanied by a soothing, light sound bath.

Leave feeling centered, spacious, and completely at peace.
