About King of Fire:
World-class, competition-grade, wood-fired pizza. We haul an Italian-made wood-burning oven on a 24ft trailer serving crowds our personal sized 10-inch craft pizzas. Local founder, Siler Chapman, has been featured on The Today Show, Food Network, Steve (Harvey), and Ellen (DeGeneres) teaching pizza and displaying his acrobatic pizza dough tossing skills (5-time world dough tossing champion, yes there is such a thing). We were recently named Charlotte's Best Pizza 2025 and Charlotte's Best Food Truck 2025 runner-up by the Charlotte Observer. We won the prestigious Caputo Cup 2024 in Italy for best Americana style. We just won 2nd prize in the 2026 Pizza Senza Frontiere in Rimini.

Service will be Thursday 8/13 from 5 to 7:30pm. The truck will be parked in the golf club parking lot above the pool.

Place your order online in advance to guarantee availability and select your preferred pick-up time. If you walk up and order from the truck, wait times may vary as pre-orders will be prioritized.
