🏁 OXFORD 250 WEEKEND RACE 3 RECAP 🏁

Rainy conditions forced the cancellation of the scheduled 10-lap heat races, placing TJ fifth in the starting lineup. When another car was unable to make the start, TJ moved up and rolled off fourth for the 35-lap feature.

Once the green flag dropped, the #9 was extremely tight, causing TJ to fall toward the back of the field. During a caution, he brought the car down pit road so the crew could give it a quick look and make an adjustment. TJ returned to the track and battled through the remainder of the race, bringing the car across the line in 11th.

It wasn’t the finish the team hoped for after last night’s strong results, but the car is in one piece and the valuable seat time gained this weekend was priceless.

A huge thank-you to Dean Hanscom for giving TJ the opportunity to be behind the wheel this weekend. We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who worked on the car, supported the team and cheered TJ on throughout the entire Oxford 250 weekend!

🏁 OXFORD 250 NIGHT 2 RECAP 🏁

A strong day for TJ Moon and team during Oxford 250 Weekend at Oxford Plains Speedway!

TJ started 8th in the 10-lap heat and drove forward to finish 5th.

In the 35-lap feature, he started 3rd, fell back to 7th and battled his way around the outside to earn a strong 5th-place finish.

Two top-five finishes for TJ and the No. 9NC Limited Sportsman for today!

Keep fighting Jorge!

An update on Jorge ❤️

We’re grateful to share that Jorge continues to make steady progress in his recovery. He is alert, communicating and getting stronger as his doctors begin focusing more on rehabilitation and helping him get back on his feet.

There is still a long road ahead, but seeing the progress Jorge has made after everything he has been through gives all of us a lot to be thankful for.

From Jorge’s family and all of us at Jan’s Towing, we want to sincerely thank everyone who has continued to reach out, pray, visit, send messages and ask how they can help. The support from our towing family, first responders, customers, friends and community has been incredible.

🏁 OXFORD 250 NIGHT 1 RECAP 🏁

TJ started fourth in the 10-lap heat race and battled a tight-handling car to finish ninth.

For the 35-lap Limited Sportsman feature, TJ rolled off 14th in the 19-car field. After slipping back to 17th, he kept digging and raced his way forward to bring the #29 home in 13th—all during a fast, caution-free race!

The team gained valuable information and will keep working to make the car even stronger. A huge thank-you to Dean Hanscom and everyone who helped make this opportunity possible!
