Goodbye Summer time madness
Hello to School structure restart!!

Notice to all EVOLVE WolfPack Families !!
and prospective recruits!
Here is our updated fall schedule.
We have a one week free trial for all new students. Msg for details!

*Kids classes MWF 5-6p
Current Students: Bring your Belt & GI to all classes.
(For trial students, we have loaner Gis available, but in limited quantity)

*Adult/Teen classes MWTh 6-7p

Starting now:
* WHERE’S THE LADIES AT??
Thursdays 530pm: Moms/Women’s classes (affectionately dubbed “Moms Mortal Combat by our adult students). Bring a friend to toss around!!

**Mom’s who are signed up for classes can do classes during kids classes MWF 5-6p in addition to the Thursday 530p class. We know it’s hard to get time for yourself.
[Please note - we do NOT have childcare available during class times so if you will be on the mat, please make arrangements with someone so you can get some YOU time.]

Happy Fourth of July weekend to our WolfPack students and families!!!
No classes Friday 7/3/2026.

Be safe in the heat and remember to stay hydrated and come back to the mat with all of your fingers and toes!!!

Remember your HouseWolves (dogs) during fireworks. Keep them safe and secure so they don’t bolt and get lost. Be kind to Veterans ~ they may have PTSD and fireworks aren’t for everyone


PSA: SPARKLER SAFETY
(Kid friendly - Safe alternative glow sticks!!)
Sparklers burn at incredibly high temperatures, often reaching between 1,200°F and 2,000°F. They can quickly and easily cause third-degree burns, ignite clothing, or melt certain metals.
A sparkler burns hotter than boiling water, wood fires, or a standard blowtorch.
Safety tips: Always supervise children & immature adults, wear closed-toe shoes to protect feet from sparks, keep a bucket of water handy to submerge spent sparklers (which stay hot long after the flame goes out). Dont throw spent sparklers or fireworks in your garbage cans!! Soak them overnight first!
