All through my 20’s all the people in their 30’s and 40’s would tell me, “enjoy it now, you won’t be able to train like that after you turn 30”……BET !! 💪🏽

39 today and still training just how I did in my 20’s. Only difference is, I do it now more intelligently now 🙌🏽🙌🏽.

Never put limits on yourself because of what society
thinks you can and can’t do. Keep grinding 🔥🔥🔥

Monday Workout 😅🔥🐻⬇️

We just ended a tough 6-week strength cycle so
we are hitting a de-load week. Lowering the intensity
and getting the body moving.

4-5 x GIANT Supersets

1a.) 6-8 x Box/Bench Squats (squat)
1b.) 8-12 x DB Shoulder Press (push)
1c.) 8-12 x KB Gorilla Rows (Pull)
1d.) :20-:25 V-sit Hold (Core)
1e.) :30 sec. moderate cardio

2:00-3:00 minutes walk recovery b/t sets.

Pause Squat- 4 x rep PR at 375 #
Stiff Leg Deadlifts- 6 x rep PR at 375 #
DB Reverse Lunges-6 x reps ea. PR at 100 # DBs (200 #)

Both build strength and power — but the setup and muscle emphasis change how they hit your body.

SUMO DEADLIFT
💥 Wider stance, hands inside knees
💥 More quad + adductor dominant
💥 Shorter range of motion
💥 Easier on the lower back for some lifters

CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT
🔥 Narrow stance, hands outside knees
🔥 More posterior chain (hamstrings + back)
🔥 Longer pull = greater range of motion
🔥 Builds overall pulling strength
