🌟 Meet the Temecula Equestrian Coalition (TEC) 🌟

As a growing alliance of commercial equestrian venue owners and professionals, TEC is united in one mission: to protect and promote the long-term viability of equestrian life and land in Temecula Wine Country.

Together, we are advocating for thoughtful updates to Riverside County’s outdated land use regulations because modern equestrian operations need modern tools to thrive.

From world-class horse shows to community events, TEC members are the heartbeat of Wine Country’s rural identity and economic future.

Before houses and wineries, there were horses! Up until the 1950s, horses, cattle, and sheep were the primary presence in the Temecula landscape, with ranching dominating the area. Due to the economic imbalance between maintaining ranches and developing the land, houses have replaced horses. The Temecula Equestrian Coalition (TEC) is an organization made up of equestrian owners, ranchers, riders, and business owners who are focused on protecting equestrian culture and providing for its future.
