XSkate Fit - Hockey Power Skate Class
Take your skating to the next level with XSkate Fit Hockey Power Skate, a 60-minute on-ice training class designed for hockey players looking to improve their skating skills, power, speed, agility, and overall performance.
Open to hockey skaters ages 6 through all adult ages, this class is designed for both youth and adult players of all skill levels who have previous hockey skating experience and full hockey gear. Whether you’re a young player developing your skills, an adult recreational player, or an experienced hockey skater looking for an extra challenge, this class offers training that can be adapted to your level.
Sessions focus on developing stronger edges, explosive acceleration, efficient stride technique, quick transitions, balance, control, and overall skating confidence through hockey-specific drills.
Requirements:
• Ages 6+ — adults are welcome and encouraged to participate!
• Previous hockey skating experience required
• Full hockey equipment required

Skaters will receive a 5-minute group warm-up followed by the opportunity to have the ice to themselves to perform their program!
