Face your fears and stop being AFRAID!

I have come@to@realize that most of us are more afraid of failure then success. The caveat to that is the fact that if you don’t fail, then you don’t know how far you’ll truly push yourself which means you’ll never know exactly how successful you could really be.

There are a lot of life lessons that are taught in weightlifting and sports. The mental fortitude in order to get the body and/or Weight moving takes a lot in itself and then add in stress factors such as “ am I able to move this weight?”

I challenge you so not only get under the weight, but put your best foot forward and watch yourself grow!

I really don’t care what you do as long as you show up, give you all, and have a good attitude about it! I am here to push people to become better and show them they can accomplish things they never thought they could.
