Class Cancellation Notice
HFYAZ Family,
In light of the current COVID-19 situation and announcements this week by multiple Valley Mayors as well as national health experts, group classes at HFYAZ are suspended. I will provide updates on classes via email and Facebook as the situation unfolds.
For now: Take necessary reasonable precautions based on your situation. Get information on COVID-19 from reliable sources such as CDC.
I encourage you to keep up your training as best you can at home not only to maintain physical and mental gains, but also to keep some sense of balance in your life as we face unusual disruptions and uncertainty.

They forgot to put martial arts in the list, but still a great reminder of how important physical activity is for our children.

Course Description:
The Heartsaver CPR Course is designed to provide CPR training for individuals needing training for job or regulatory requirements, or for individuals just wanting to learn the life saving skills of CPR. You will learn how to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
