This is one of the lunches I make for my boys at least TWO days per week and they STILL aren’t tired of it 😅.
We don’t have to get all fancy everyday, just eat whole foods and your body (and your kids) will thank you for it🙏.

To all of my female friends from 40 years and up... most of us are going through the next phase of our lives.
We’re at that age where we see wrinkles, gray hair, and extra pounds. Menopause may have appeared or is just waiting around the corner.
We see the cute 30-year-olds and reminisce. But, we were also 30, just as they will one day be our age. What they bring to the table with their youth and zest, we bring with our wisdom and experience. We have raised families, run households, paid the bills, dealt with diseases, sadness, and everything else life has assigned us.
We are survivors... we are warriors in the quiet... we are women...like a classic car or a fine wine. Even if our bodies may not be what they once were, they carry our souls, our courage, and our strength.
We shall all enter this chapter of our lives with humility, grace, and pride over everything we have been through, and we should never feel bad about getting older. It’s a privilege that is denied to so many. ⚘
Ladies, I challenge you to copy proudly with your picture and age & celebrate that.

Burn calories, tone muscle, and increase stamina, while also improving flexibility and posture. Grip socks.
👉SATURDAYS, 9:30am: Strong+Stretch. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and polymetric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Wind down with stretching that is targeted flexibility training system designed to restore basic range of motion. Gym shoe class.

In-person classes in September at ASPYN METHOD in Torrance and virtual fitness classes via zoom!
At ASYPN METHOD in Torrance I’m excited to teach TWO of my favorite DANCE FITNESS classes🥳.
🥊 On Tuesdays @ 4:00pm we’ll wear grip socks for HIIT training with Pilates Cardio Boxing. PCB is a low-impact cardio fusion workout that combines free-flowing dance sequences, heart-pumping boxing combinations, and lengthening and sculpting Pilates-influenced movements to create a full-body interval training program.
