1 ▶️ Feet no wider than your walking stance = properly loads the key elements to move forward, backward, Laterally, up, and down.
2 ▶️ Rotation of the ribcage (Thorasic spine) = harnesses /maintains torque being created.

High quality eggs come from chickens that are free to get out roam on pastures daily with a min. of 108 sq. ft per chicken.
Different from eggs that are (in the hen house but not in a cage with min. 1 sq. ft per chicken, no outside access) or (some limited outside access with min. 2 sq. ft per chicken).
Each quality egg contains:
"Choline - helps support cell membrane structure, nervous system function, metabolism, and memory
Zinc - good for immune health. Anti inflammatory

Knee rehab doesn't just focus on the knee but everything connected to it.
Jumpstart your bodies ability to function by reducing the amounts of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids aka PUFAs we consume.
PUFAs are fats that can become rancid in our bodies due to the fact that these fats are highly sensitive to heat, oxygen, and light.
When we eat out at restaurants, consume packaged and/or processed foods, or take fish oil (omega 3) supplements we're putting PUFAs directly in to an atmosphere where they oxidize and join with iron to form yellow-brown pigment granules innour tissues which show up on the skin as "age-spots" or "sun-spots" - a process called lipofuscin.
Step one is to cut back or completely avoid these fats and oils (vegetable/canola oil, soy oil, safflower, sunflower, and cold water fish oils).
Step two would be to start to repair the damage done by introducing a good source of saturated fats such as real butter, ghee, or coconut oil as well as grass fed and pasture raised animal proteins.
Finally I'd recommend consuming a good Vitamin E supplement to off set what PUFAs have done to our cells and start reducing the levels oxidative stress in our bodies.
