Hi everyone! After 21 amazing years, we have made the difficult decision to close our location, effective June 1st. 21 years of serving south Tempe, 21 years of amazing clients, and 21 years of changing lives! Thank you to all the clients who trusted us over the years and for becoming part of our gym family.

‼️‼️To celebrate the end of an era, please join us this Saturday from 10-12 for breakfast and mimosas or from 12-2 for pizza and beer! ‼️‼️

Tis the season

We had a wonderful turn out for annual Thighs Before Pies boot camp! Thank you to all who made it out! Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁🍽 🦃🤎

It’s that time of year again! Please join us for our annual Thighs Before Pies workout! Bring your whole family, friends, coworkers…even that person who thinks you are their best friend, but you secretly can’t stand! It will be a great workout before you overindulge on the extra calories! Hope to see you all there!

* $10 drop in fee per person

Our hearts are so heavy as share that one of our trainers, Courtney, has passed away. Courtney was such a blessing to our gym family, and we were so thankful for her, her hard work and such kind and friendly demeanor. We ask that you send your thoughts to her beloved daughter Saraiah during this difficult time. You will be truly missed, Court.

We will have some gear for sale, delicious curry from JT’s Curry Wagon and a demo/ massages from DymondBack Cupping after the bootcamp!
