I think we are way too quick to put people into categories and then treat that category like it explains everything about them.

Bipolar is part of how my brain works, but it is not who I am.

A lot of healing has been learning what is actually part of my diagnosis, what I need, what helps, and when I am just having a very human moment.

This is what it has actually looked like for me 💚

There is something really beautiful about realizing the life you almost missed is made up of so many ordinary moments you never knew you would care this much about.

I am very grateful I got to stay long enough to find that out. 🤍

What are you still here for?

I almost missed all of this.

Not just the big things I could have never predicted, but the completely ordinary parts too. The arguments, the dogs, the mistakes, the nights that went too late, the people I had not met yet, and all of the versions of myself I still had left to become.

There was a time when I genuinely could not imagine wanting any of it.

Today, I am really fu***ng grateful I stayed long enough to find out.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, and this month I want to make space for the conversations we are often scared to have, while also celebrating everything that gets to exist because we are still here.

So I am starting with one question, and I hope you will answer it with me:

What are you still here for?

If you are struggling or need someone to talk to, call or text 988. 💜🩵

In honor of shooting with Bo***ir by Elisa today, here’s a throwback to one of my most epic shoots yet.

I had a hard time choosing just a couple, so here’s pretty much the whole damn album.

Enjoy 🌶️

I would rather lose the sale than give you exactly what you asked for just because you asked for it.

There is a big difference between getting what you want and getting what is actually appropriate for you.

Tytin was never built to be a place where you show up, name the product, check a box, and leave with it. The whole point is to look at the person in front of us, understand the goal, assess what actually makes sense, and build a plan around that.

That might mean we recommend something different than what you came in asking for, or that we tell you no altogether. And yes, sometimes that means losing the sale.

I am completely okay with that.

Your health is not an upsell opportunity, and your trust is worth more than a quick buck.

We are not here to take orders. We are here to give you a recommendation we can actually stand behind.

somewhere between nowhere to be and nowhere else we wanted to be 🤍

If your plan only works when your life is perfect, your plan sucks 👀

Coaching is supposed to meet you in real life.

Instagram vs. reality, except I think I like the reality version better 😂

I used to think being confident meant being the most polished version of myself. I had to look a certain way, act like I had my s**t together, say the right thing (or nothing at all), and present myself the way I thought I was supposed to be perceived. The older I get, the more I realize it is really just being comfortable enough to be completely yourself.

I love getting dressed up in the cute fits and heels and taking a good picture when I am feeling myself. But I also apparently love leaving a restaurant and immediately turning into some kind of feral creature while my friends document my gradual descent into gremlin. 👹

Turns out, both can exist at the same time. You are allowed to be confident and insecure simultaneously. It’s okay to be feminine while acting like a complete fu***ng weirdo. You are allowed to want to care about how you look and still laugh at the moment we were completely unhinged.

Being comfortable in your own skin is allowing yourself to be a little less “edited.” Not constantly trying to make every part of yourself fit neatly into whatever version makes the most sense to other people.

Sometimes you just have to let the little gremlin out of her cage.

Even when she is apparently one cocktail away from running through the mall like a velociraptor.

Actually, especially then 🤪

I’m obviously not anti-peptide. I work around this stuff every day and there are plenty of situations where they can be a really useful tool. What gets missed so often is that adding in a peptide doesn’t suddenly make the rest of your routine optional.

I’m still looking at how you’re sleeping 5 hours, barely training, ordering out constantly, drinking every weekend and wondering why you don’t feel or look the way you want to. The peptide can support what we’re already working toward, but it can’t create habits you’re not actually doing or willing to consistently do.

So yes, we can look at labs, recovery, peptides, all of the more advanced stuff, but I also still need to know what your Tuesday looks like when nobody is checking on you.

Welp, apparently we are having an identity crisis…
