Happy Mother’s Day!
The ultimate divinity and the manifest form of the unseen Divine is the Mother Goddess, regardless of the shape and form in which one visualizes her. In fury or in frown, she is always the same protective, caring, loving Mother with a benign face and a blessing hand towards all.
On this blessed day, we show the first pious, child-like impulse and our reverence to our mother with the hope that we sustain it through our life. Happy Mother's day again...

Happy Monday !
When the last act is over and the curtain of life drops, all that matters for each and every actor on the grand stage of life is how they accomplished what they set out to accomplish. The “Oscar of Life” and accolades that go to the last one standing are not because of, but in spite of, the trials and tribulations encountered in the epic journey called Life. They win the opportunity to have the last laugh at all the paradoxes in life! Enjoy your week !

May the convergence of Shiva (the Lord of Yoga and Yogis) and Shakti (his consort) on this blessed day of Maha Sivarathri manifest the primal energy needed to create and sustain goodness, while destroying apathy, ignorance, and untruth.
Om Namah Shivaya.

Is life is a game of chess? Are human beings pawns that provide entertainment? Do you think we entertain each other ?
With a multitude of challenges, staged allies and adversaries, competing priorities, strategies that involve deep thinking, red herrings, and deceptions along the way, and bold moves that trigger expected or unexpected events that ultimately lead to a checkmate, we can only speculate.
When the game is over and the last few dispensable pawns are out, it’s not the final outcome that matters as much as how you show up each day to continue to play the game. Happy Monday!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Prana Gyana
Beautiful sunny weather and not a cloud in the sky! Picture perfect scenery of the saguaro and Four Peaks mountains! A well mannered horse who trots amicably and smiles on cue... for the camera!

Happy Thanksgiving to FB friends and well-wishers of Prana Gyana!
According to the Universal Cosmic Law, “Give more than you get (without expectations), and you shall get more (without expectations) than you gave.”
With an attitude of gratitude, we are thankful to all the Gurus, teachers and well-wishers who have blessed the birth and sustenance of Prana Gyana over the years.
There is always something to be learned from every teacher who crosses your path – the great ones teach you how to be and the others teach you how not to be.
Enjoy Thanksgiving Day as we count our blessings!
