Today’s focus: the 1R1 — a classic reload-focused drill. We’ll be talking fundamentals, gear setup, and safe training habits to help you build consistency and confidence. (Instructions below)

What drill should we run next?

To do this drill you need an empty mag and a full one start by chambering a round then swap the full loaded mag with the empty one , once ready draw fire one round to get slide lock (or not) then load in full mag sen slide home and fire another round holster then swap back to the empty mag (you will have a round in chamber from firing with the full mag) rinse and repeat till you’re comfortable with reloads. Depending on mag size you can do this drill 10 times a magazine
