Join us on May 3rd for this Star Wars event! Participants ages 7+ will get their own lightsaber to train with and learn how to stunt fight! This 2 hour event will be a hit for any Jedi in training.

Summer camps are live! ☀️

Come spend 6 weeks of Summer here at Hitsquad! Each week will have its own theme with games, crafts, and activities. If you want your kids active this summer, this is the camp for them!

Don’t miss Nerf Night Out this Friday! 🔫

April 10th - 5:30pm-8:00pm parents can stay for the fun or drop off and enjoy a night out. Pizza dinner is included for all kids ages 4+. Please bring unloaded Nerf guns, if you don’t have one we will have some for participates to borrow. Nerf darts & protective eyewear will also be provided.

Please make sure to wear athletic shoes, no sandals or crocs allowed. See you there! 🎯

Coach Isaiah has officially started his S.P.D class. Speed. Power. Development.

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm athletes will have various exercises that focus on reactivity, leg strength, and overall speed.

S.P.D. Will also work on coordination, foot speed, & better jumps.
