Happy Thanksgiving!

Today and everyday, I am thankful for my community and all the amazing teachers that help support it, especially who holds it together for me. I'm grateful for my dogs, and Odie who is still taking on the world at over 19 years old. I am grateful every day for my family and their health and I am extremely lucky to still have them all around.

This year I am also grateful for and my impulsivity, as well as her trust in me, to take a huge step in opening a second Studio ... Coming soon...

This year has had many, many, many ups and downs but having amazing people around you makes all the difference in the world.

Thank you to all who have been by my side, some for a short time and some for a very very long time. I love you!

Back to reality but reeling from the last 3 weeks!

I'm not sure I'll ever be able to top this birthday but entering a new decade in Spain and France was definitely the best way to celebrate!!! I'm so lucky to be able to leave my business in good hands and to have amazing friends and family who stepped up to help with things at home.

I will never forget this birthday or the experiences we had. Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday (3 weeks ago)! I'm just coming down from the high. ♥️
