We’re kicking off this weekend with a Saturday night lesson + dance social at DanceWise Dance Studio (), located in downtown Phoenix! No on-campus meeting that day. Instead, join us for a beginner rumba lesson at 7 pm, followed by an intermediate/advanced rumba lesson at 7:45 (both taught by the wonderful DanceWise studio owners, Paul and Julianne Daniells)! If you need help finding the location or would like to find a carpool ride there, send us a dm!

On Sunday, we’ll be back on campus at the regularly scheduled time (2-4 pm), with a formation workshop and practice prep led by Hunter Trujillo. Hope to see you there!

There is no DDS this weekend because we will be in Oregon for Cascadia Classic hosted by OSU

Howdy everyone, just as a reminder we also have dance lessons on the Polytechnic campus every Wednesday and Friday unless there is a school sanctioned break! This week it is Quickstep and Jive, we hope to see you there!

Welcome back to another weekend at DDS, this weekend in preparation for our 2 competitions coming up the next 2 weeks, we will be doing Rounds this weekend. On Saturday the lovely owners of Paul and Julianne are coming down to help us out with supervised rounds from 2-4 pm. On Sunday we will have mainly open practice and more rounds, as well as any last minute questions and such before competitions. If you are competing please bring your costumes at least Saturday so you can practice in them.

This Friday Polytechnic is holding a Tanfo and Rumba practice!

Welcome back, this weekend we are jumping in with Comp 101 and styling. On Saturday we have Comp 101 and Timing with Ally from 2-3 pm, and open practice from 3-4 pm. On Sunday we have Quinny giving tips on styling and framing from 2-3 pm, and open practice from 3-4 pm.

On Wednesday Polytechnic Campus is doing an any dance lesson at 6, and on Friday they are doing a Tango and Rumba lesson

Howdy everyone, welcome back to another week of DDS! This week, in preparation for upcoming competitions, we are doing technique workshops this weekend. You do not have to be a competitor to come, we would love to see all of you there. This Saturday we have a Smooth technique workshop taught by James Malone, and on Sunday we have Tori Esposito teaching us some Rhythm techniques!! As always, the lesson is from 2-3pm, and open practice and social dancing is from 3-4pm

On Friday Polytechnic is having a Waltz + Samba practice from 6-7:30 pm, with open practice being from 7:30-8:30 pm

This weekend we are also bringing DDS's shoes for people to purchase both days, so if you are looking for a pair come and check us out

Happy New Years and welcome back to a new semester!! We hope you all had a restful break and are ready to jump back into dancing with our first DDS practice/meeting of the year!! This weekend we are kicking it off with a Standard Waltz on Saturday taught by James Malone, and a Latin Samba on Sunday taught by Quinny Tran. The lessons are for the first hour from 2-3 pm, and social dancing+open practice are from 3-4pm!

This semester both days we are in room MASH 101, for those of you who are returning that is where we practiced Saturday last semester. For new members swipe to the last slide to find the map, and we hope to see you there!

Hey everyone, we are jumping in this weekend with a Nightclub Gauntlet taught by 2 of our Alumni. Welcome Jim Perry and Sylvia Lopez as they teach us a variety of Nightclub and social dances. Both days during 2-4pm there will be the Gauntlet as well as social dancing. Saturday we are at Mash 101 and Sunday we are at Bulldog Hall 192, and we hope to see you there!!
