Always wanted to play in the USA? Here’s your chance!

Mal Sporne is organising seven Aussie Aces teams to compete at the 2019 MSBL World Series being held during October 2019 in Phoenix AZ

We have entered teams in the 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+ and Father & Son divisions [2 teams]

We have players from all over Australia to fill all the teams except the 45+ team. Andrew Potter ‘Pottsy’ has organised players but several have now pulled out of the team.

The players committed to this team have made travel arrangements and the Aces have booked accommodation for all the players, so we have to fill this team, preferably from Australia.

We are looking for any players 43 to 48 years, male or female who would like to play at the 2019 World Series

All games are played on the MLB Spring Training Grounds and are played over 9 innings.

We are looking for 6 – 7 players in that age group to join us in Arizona for fun in the valley of the sun. [email protected]

The dates for World Series in Phoenix from the MSBL Office are;

Confirming teams and weeks:

50+ Cactus Division – October 13 – 18 Week one

55+ Cactus Division – October 19 }

65+ Desert Division – October 19 – 25 } Week two

Father/Son – October 24 – 27 }

45+ Cactus Division – October 28 – November 2 } week three

60+ Desert Division – October 28 – November 2 }

We need to know those interested in playing and which age group y’all are available for. Please check list below and let me know if you are available and if you are in the ‘correct’ age group

and fill in the form below for me. Some of you haven't been added to a list yet, please let me know if you are available. We’ll try to get a group air fare for yu’all also.
There was a lot of discussion on the Gold Coast about the teams. Jeff Green and Scott Marks have been recruiting for 50+ and Brad Pratt [57 yo ] would like play 55+ if possible
Ozzie and Peter Ray etc are in their late 60’s and would like to move up to the 65+

We have 24 players available for the Father Son/Daughter division so that looks like being a real success. With a couple more dads/kids we could even field 2 teams?
