Hot Sauce Lacrosse is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse and to promoting the love of the game for boys of all ages.
Our coaching staff is some of the best in Arizona. While our coaches have multiple national championships, state championships, and coach of the year awards under their belts, what sets our program apart is that all of our coaches have been involved with the sport for their entire lives and have deep roots in the lacrosse community.
