Had some good training in Gotemba today and got to be there for a promotion as well.

In Iowa, you'll now be able to chuck more than corn...you can now chuck shuriken too!

I'm excited to announce my recommendation to Otsuka Soke for the new Iowa Keikokai, headed by my good friend, Gary Hilleshiem. Soke has approved the establishment of the new keikokai; so if you are interested in shuriken in Iowa, look him up!

Traveled to Gotemba this weekend and joined Jingu-san's training with Soke and Marco. I felt a little rusty, but it was a nice day of training overall.

I had an opportunity to train with Otsuka Soke today using shuriken, fundo kusari, shoken, and hanbo.

The summer humidity is over, but still had to break out the oil to repel the rust until I can properly address it with steel wool.
