Being a cowgirl is so much more than a hat, boots, or the horse underneath you. It’s showing up, working hard, helping others, loving fiercely, and finding a little bit of freedom every time you swing a leg over your horse.

At JCC, we’re proud to watch our girls grow not only as riders and performers, but as strong, confident young women who carry the heart of a cowgirl everywhere they go. From rodeo arenas and parades to long trailer rides, early mornings, and everything in between, these girls continue to prove that there’s something pretty special about the bond between a cowgirl and her horse. 💙⭐️

Here’s to the women who taught us, the horses who carry us, the friends who ride beside us, and the next generation of cowgirls who will keep this lifestyle alive.

The Jones County Cowgirls are raffling off a Dove Hunt for TWO, generously donated by Capt. Elliott Peters! This awesome hunt has a $250 value and is the perfect opportunity to get outdoors, enjoy a great hunt, and make some memories!

Tickets are available starting TODAY, and every ticket purchased helps support the Jones County Cowgirls! All proceeds go directly toward travel expenses and equipment for upcoming JCC seasons. 🐴💙

Today’s West Texas Fair & Rodeo Parade looked a little different for our JCC girls! 💙🤍🐴

Instead of riding together as our usual group, our girls were spread throughout the parade, jumping in wherever they were needed and helping make the day special. Some of our girls joined the Fair & Rodeo’s sponsor flag group, while others were busy manning the stagecoach alongside our friends at Penick Hughes Express. 🤠🐎

Different groups. Different jobs. Same girls. ❤️

Because that’s what we love about JCC — it’s never just about riding in formation. It’s about showing up, helping others, supporting our community, and sharing our love for horses in every way we can.

Whether they’re carrying flags, pulling a stagecoach, riding side-by-side, or cheering each other on from the sidelines, our girls are always willing to lend a hand and represent what JCC is all about.

Same heart. Same horses. Same love for what we do. Just a little different look today. 💙🐴✨

On September 11, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience that brought our nation together. We remember not only the tragedy, but the strength, kindness, and unity that followed.

From our JCC family to yours — we remember, we honor, and we will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

Lord, Thank You for the dirt beneath my boots,
the wind at my back, and the horses beneath me.
Thank You for the strength to keep riding
when the trail gets rough and the road gets long.

Give me the courage to face every storm,
the patience to handle what I cannot control,
and the wisdom to know when to hold on
and when to let go.

Keep my horses safe,
my heart humble,
my hands steady,
and my feet firmly planted in You.

Help me ride with purpose,
work with perseverance,
love with my whole heart,
and never be afraid to chase the dreams
You placed in my soul.

When I fall, help me get back in the saddle.
When I lose my way, guide me back to the trail.
And when the days are good,
remind me to stop, look around,
and thank You for the life I get to live.

Bless the cowgirls beside me,
the horses who carry us,
and every mile still waiting to be ridden.

May I always have a little dust on my boots,
