I’ve been sharing this message for a while & I’ll keep sharing Plyometrics aka jump workouts here (find them as a highlight or as a follow along workout on YouTube or my app) because it’s FUN and so easy: 3 times a week for 10 minutes (I know she says daily, but this would be a great base line) use a jump rope or rebounder or jump in place/ off boxes etc … and thank me later 🙏 let’s all have strong bones & elastic fascia! We are so lucky to live next to beautiful Jupiter beach. I work out on the beach regularly. Pushups and handstands are two of my favorites!. 11 years ago I was busy growing two babies in that belly!
