Today, we pause, 25 years later, to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the heroes who showed incredible courage, compassion, and selflessness.

We remember how, in the midst of unimaginable moments, people came together to care for their neighbors, serve others, and remind us of the strength we have when we stand together.

May we continue to carry that spirit of kindness, service, and unity with us.

We know this week has asked a lot of you. New rollouts bring change, pressure, long days, and plenty of moments that require leaders to step up — and we’ve seen you do exactly that.

We see you leading in the trenches. We see you staying faithful in the details. We see you caring for your people while continuing to serve your guests with excellence.
