Caricature EB! So wha I’m late with it LOL. I do things on my own time.
I’m in love with everything about it. The accuracy from the photos I uploaded. The abs took me out 😬🤣, right after the belly ring, rose tattoo. Y’all they gave her the infamous wagon 🍑. The pose, headphones, jewelry, and everything is just too cute.

When I tell you the accuracy is ON POINT hunni. The abs took me out, then the pose, alongside the outfit and accessories. Chile she even got the ass. I’m a giddy school girl over here.
A quick couple of sets in between sessions. Thanks to my co-worker capturing me from all angles. My guy right there.

Big mama’s new toy.
She weighs 90lbs. I started with 70lbs, then added 90 more. For a total of 250lbs. Normally I deadlift up to 225. So I guess this is a new PR. I NEVER use this trap bar. I said this year is going to be my year, and to try new things. I felt so strong and scared to death.
How strong is your core? Can you hold a plank for a minute or more? We have various things to make it more intense depending on the fitness level of each individual.

1:30s - Farmers Carry (I used two 20kg KB)
1:30s - run
1:30s - lunges ( I used two 16 kg KB)
1:30s - run
1:30s - burpees
1:30s - rower
1:00 - run (woodway curved treadmill)
1:30s - wall balls
1:00 - run
