20 minutes on stairclimber today, been a while since I went on the climber, made it to 100 floors. After I rowed for 10 minutes then abs.

600 meter swim tonight. Still a lot of work to do. Triathlete in training.

Happy Pump Day! Worked my upper body during lunch and some abs. I did 5 reps of push ups in between each set of each workout total of 120.
Lat pull down 3×12 reps
Seated cable row 3×12 reps
DBshoulder press 3×12 reps
Barbell bicep curl 3×12 reps
DB concentration curl 3×12
DB triceps kickback 3×12
Triceps dips
Cable ab crunch
Medicine ball oblique twist
Leg raises

Workout #1 done for the day. Felt strong and fast in boxing today. Did 100 push ups on class, 60 jump squats and 50 burpees. Gotta work on my guns next.

First run of the month. 4 miles from the Bronx to Harlem and back. Ran 3 bridges, Madison Ave, 149st and Macombs Dam Bridge.

5 mile run today from the Bronx to Harlem and back. Beautiful fall weather.

My lazy Sunday turned into workout Sunday. Jumped rope for 15 min, 60 push ups, trx and some ab and glutes workout.
