This summer, we’re trading the sidelines for the water. Our Learn to Row program is designed specifically for girls ages 12–16 who are ready to discover what they’re truly capable of.
Whether you’re looking for a new challenge or the "sweet spot" sport before starting high school, CIR is where it starts.
No experience? No problem. We provide the elite coaching, the specialized equipment, and the best community to get you moving fast.

Learn to Row with City Island Rowing this summer. See what this amazing sport, and our incredible club is all about.
We have 5 one week Learn to Row classes this summer, under the guidance of our Head Novice Coach, Lauryn Hughes. A competitive High School and collegiate rower, Lauryn will be assisted by two of our graduating seniors preparing to head to row at college themselves.

NY State Championships - and Nationals qualifier is this weekend in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Our athletes have been training hard for a year for this opportunity, and we can't wait to see them roar down the course.

U15 4x+ 10:14 am
Finals for top 10 finishers from each Time Trial in the early afternoon.
