New machines ordered for the new gym! We finally will have an assisted Pull Up/Dip machine and one I'm really excited for- the Echo
Elite series plate loaded abductor and adductor that unlike a pin loaded machine- can handle some serious weight and feel great while doing it 💪

Might be a min before we're 100% operational downstairs as there's a lot that has to happen with the city. But at any rate we're set to level up to a much more spacious laboratory come Aug.
We'll have a grand opening and will give away a half dozen year memberships or something
We have a couple neighbors that are all set to open Aug so hopefully there will be some cross promotions of some sort? We're about to make this whole block a lot more lively.

Did anyone work at the recreation center years ago that can tell me about the mini bar in a closet? I'd love to know the backstory. There's a locking passthrough window into what looks like a little living room. Not sure what I'm going to do with the closet. But the living room is getting couches, Tvs and a pool table to give people an excuse to spend the day at the gym even if it's maybe a recovery day 😂

The anxiety builds as we get ready to move into the new lab. I can't wait to have enough space to really serve the community. I've already started reaching out to organizations like the wasco county Special Olympics to see if they'd like to train on top tier equipment for their winter powerlifting season. I'm really really excited to be able to host and contribute to things like that in our community.

I guess it's been a while since I've had to buy weight plates. My distributor has switched over to nothing but bumper plates and I just can't do it. So I'm going to take the plunge and start switching us over to all milled iron plates. They last longer than the cast iron and have that same comforting sound 😆

Once we have the membership levels to permit it, I want calibrated sets 👍👍

This page is about to get a little quiet, but we're not being antisocial, we're just busy relocating the lab. Want to visit before we move? Just give us a yell. And don't worry, all memberships will still be good at our new location. And I'm also looking to fundraise up some cash flow by selling a select number of year memberships that will start in July for a crazy low price. How crazy? Stupid crazy.

Got the keys to the new building today just for a walk through and to take measurements so I can order flooring. I'm so excited to start this chapter and to be able to have the space available to really make an impact within the community.

With one floor being a quiet retreat from the world,

We'll be continuing our small group training and looking to contract personal trainers that want to work for themselves instead of corp shareholders.
