Zoey has been with part of the Iron Family since February of 2025, and is always putting in the work, dedication, and displays herself with confidence. A true Iron Champion!
When we asked Zoey about her favorite part of her fitness journey, she shared something powerful. Zoey said, it was the inner feelings. Realizing that even if you missed a day- you still showed up four days and being able to forgive yourself along the way.
