Showing love to the quads.
The trick to growing and improving your quads isn’t necessarily loading the leg press with all the weights. I see it all the time followed by the sh*ttiest range of motion. Like none.
Sure enough, homie gets up with small, skinny legs and uses lines like “they’re strong but just won’t grow..” 🤔🙄🤦‍♂️

Move your foot (or feet) low on the platform, think “sitting your calf on your hamstring.” Push thro the balls of your feet, or toes.
I use this approach on squats too.
Trade your ego for gains. 💥

One thing i learned a long time ago was you’re never too good to receive free advice.
Well, here ya go.
If you know my story, my L5 S1 was severely damaged years ago playing sports. So bad that at one point i couldn’t bend over to even tie my shoes and twisting was a damn nightmare.
I hung up the cleats.
Doctors told me to find a new hobby and give up bodybuilding..
Ummm do you know me?!? 🖕🏼
No, i do not load the discs in my back with hundred of pounds-
But i do front squat.
No, i don’t pick up hundreds of pounds off the ground-
But i have come up with even more effective ways, especially for me.
You don’t need the “meat and potato” basics to develop world class legs. It will probably be more difficult and take more time, but I’m not one to back down from a challenge.
In the words of -
“Just bring it!!”

You will need to improvise, listen to your body and blast it with all the effort you have.

Over here, we show love to the legs on Fridays.. Especially the back side.
Db rdl’s for a good stretch at the end.
I prefer to use the lip of the garage for my toes. It really helps to use and push through your heels. 🔥
