The mats were full of focus, fire, and a little bit of fright as our students tested their skills this season! Each kick, stance, and self-defense move was put to the test under the sharp eye of Mr. Prieto, who judged every detail — from technique to attention and listening skills.

Our karate kids continue to show courage, discipline, and spirit — proving that fear is just another opportunity to grow stronger. 💪🔥

We celebrated two of the fierce women in our office with September birthdays at Cheesecake Factory! 🎉🍰

From helping on the mat 🥋 to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes 💻—and all the little things in between—you two are truly unstoppable. 💪✨
