(We will provide training)
or anyone who may offer a class that compliments what our studio already offers.
Must carry own personal liability insurance.

GENTLE STRETCH & MEDITATION (in studio or online via Instagram Live )

Join us for a slow, juicy stretch followed by guided, mind-body relaxation. On Thursday, 4/1 from 7:30-8:30pm CST (8:30-9:30pm EST), John and Jillian Guinta will be collaborating to offer this program to support his Streams of Sounds initiative that provides soothing audio for those persevering through cancer.

John is a percussionist who specializes in the hand-pan, a steel instrument struck by the hands and palm, and will provide the relaxing accompaniment to this class.

No experience with yoga movements or special equipment is necessary.
