It takes a village to raise athletes and our Parati families show that every single day. Behind the scenes of every practice, every regatta, and every finish line crossed is a mom giving her time, energy, encouragement, and heart to help these athletes chase their goals! Our rowers are stronger because of the women standing beside them, cheering loudly, supporting endlessly, and loving unconditionally.

Parati strives for excellence on and off the water and David is an excellent example of that means.

David earned his Eagle Scout this February. This is the pinnacle of scouting. An achievement earned by only 4% of Scouts. His journey reflects years of discipline, leadership, and commitment. In addition to his Eagle Scout he has earned Order of the Arrow, the World Conservation Award, and Outdoor Awards in both Hiking and Camping.

Two of his favorite memories from scouting include the Philmont 12-day, 100-mile backpacking trip through the Rocky Mountains and his shooting merit badge days at summer camp.

We’re proud to have athletes who push for greatness beyond the boat. The Parati Way 🫶🏼❤️🖤

Adrian Manrique will be graduating from The Woodlands High School.

Adrian will be continuing his academic and athletic journey . He plans to pursue a degree mechanical engineering and rowing for . His favorite memory was rowing in the quad at 2025 San Diego Crew Classic.

Congratulations Adrian on an incredible journey and an exciting future ahead 🎓 🚣🏼

Alisha Muncherjee is graduating from The Woodlands High School and will be continuing her academic and athletic journey at where she plans study biology and row for .

Her favorite rowing memory was competing at the 2025 Youth Nationals and racing in the semifinals of the women’s U19 2x.
