Gottsche Sand Volleyball Tournament

The Park Manager just called and said he looked into things more and since it is a lower risk event he would not be requiring the extra insurance ($600-$800) for the event and that he would waive the park fee to use it.

Cheryl did say with it being so late into
June that we wouldn’t do it this year but could try next year.

She also said if any of you want to hold it you are more than welcome too!!

The Gottsche Annual Sand Volleyball Tournaments will be discontinued starting this year.

There would be extra expenses that are required by the state park coming from the new management & new policies compared to previous years.
They are requiring extra insurance than what Gottsche has.
Waivers won’t be sufficient enough.
There is not enough funds to make this a possibility.

Thank you to everyone who made the tournaments fun in the past!
