SCHEDULE UPDATE

School year is in full swing! Back to normal schedule this week after Phase 1 of Delta 2.0.

Thunder Tykes for your preschool age kids Tuesdays at 5pm.

Kids are doing jiu jitsu Tuesday/Wednesday and wrestling on Thursday, all at 5:30pm.

Adults alternate gi/nogi at 6:30pm Monday-Thursday, taught by black belts Coach Sheridan and Coach Aimee (Wednesday gi).

Introductory gi and nogi classes for beginners or looking to sharpen up fundamentals.

The first part of the Delta 2.0 update is complete. Adult classes will resume as scheduled tonight. All kids classes start back on August 18th.
