🌟 Congratulations to our Children’s Class Student of the Month, Rosalie! 🌟

Rosalie has been putting in incredible effort lately — she recently joined our Advanced Training program and has been showing up for extra classes with focus and determination. Her hard work is already paying off as she’s been learning new weapon skills, including bo staff and Kali!

She’s also a newly promoted blue‑black belt, a huge milestone that reflects her dedication and positive attitude on the mat. Fantastic job, Rosalie — keep up the amazing work!

We’re officially ONE WEEK AWAY from one of our biggest events of the year — and there’s still time to sign up! 🎉
Lap the Lake is NOW’s largest fundraiser of the year, helping support our physical wellness, STEAM, Life Skills, and youth sports scholarship programs throughout Northeastern Connecticut. Every registration helps us continue creating opportunities for local youth. 💙
And you don’t have to be a runner to join us! Whether you walk, run, bring the family, come cheer someone on, or simply want to support a great cause — everyone is welcome! 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️👟
We’ll also have vendors joining us throughout the race to help support and cheer on our participants, making it a great morning for the whole community! 🙌

After some time away, Kerri stepped back onto the mats at Quest Martial Arts like she never left, confident, hard‑working, and shining with the brightest attitude in the room.

From the moment she returned, she moved with purpose, trained with heart, and reminded all of us that the martial arts journey is always waiting for you… no matter how long the pause.

Quest Martial Arts will be closed from September 5th through September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing holiday weekend with family and friends. Classes will resume on our normal schedule after the break.
