Yo coaches! Tim Jones here from Riverdale Ridge. Prioritizing our players’ mental health is just as crucial as what we do on the court or field.
We brought the team out to uEmotion and Erica hooked us up big time! Now, I’m launching the Mental Health Challenge to keep this momentum going.
I’m calling out:
Coach Syd (Northfield)
Coach Enoch (Stanley Lake)
Coach Buzz (Green Mountain)
Chris McLain & Matt Chavez (Brighton)
Our very own Riverdale Ridge squad
The Challenge: Bring your team to uEmotion to check in on your players’ mental health, and then call out 4–5 other coaches to pass it forward! Let’s show up for our kids. 🧠🏀
