Sometimes you don’t realize how much you needed something until you look back and see how much has changed.
Yoga isn’t touching your toes. Yoga is a full practice to find peace within.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you needed something until you look back and see how much has changed.
Behind the scenes, next summers women’s yoga retreat is coming together with so much care, intention, and heart.
You’ll have time to slow down, rest without guilt, nourish yourself, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been quietly waiting for your attention.
Imagine waking up without an alarm. Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. Moving your body in a way that feels good. Sharing delicious food, heartfelt conversations, laughter, stillness, and moments of pure ease.
Sometimes you don’t need another thing to add to your to do list.
*You need a pause.
*You need space to hear your own thoughts again.
*You need to remember what it feels like to feel energised, present, connected, and fully alive.
You’ll head home feeling like you’ve had a proper break, not just from your usual routine, but from constantly being “on.” You’ll sleep well, eat well, laugh, move, switch off, and think about what you actually need, with a little more energy to bring back into everyday life.
Save the date: June 11–13, 2027
If something in you is already longing for this, listen to that feeling.

The “ber” months are coming…
The mornings will get cooler. The days will get shorter. Life will start getting busy in the way it always seems to do this time of year.
And before you know it, you’ll be saying, “I can’t believe it’s already the holidays.”
So maybe this is your sign.
Take a deep breath.
Move out some of the stress you’ve been carrying.
Spend an hour doing something that is actually for you.
You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
You don’t have to wait until January to start taking care of yourself.
Just come as you are.
As the weather changes, let this be your reminder to create a little space for yourself, too.
Come inside. Roll out your mat. Your spot is waiting for you.
Join us at Yoga Soul and give yourself something to look forward to this season.
Maybe what you really need is time for you.
Time away from the responsibilities, expectations, and constant noise of everyday life to remember the woman you were before life got so busy, complicated, and full.
After 3 day you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, rested, and more like yourself again with a little more energy and a different perspective of the life waiting for you when you get home.
This intimate retreat is being created to help you do exactly that. A small group, meaningful connection, good conversation, movement, rest, and a few days to step away from real life and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten buried along the way.
Sometimes you don’t need to change your life. You just need a little time to find yourself in it again.
Some weeks don’t need a grand plan.
Just a quiet decision to begin again.
To take the next step.
To trust that small things, done consistently, become something bigger.
No pressure. No proving.
Just showing up for yourself.
Let this week unfold.
People often wait to "feel" motivated before acting, but the brain relies on physical movement to change its chemical state first. Commit to doing something you’re dreading for just 30 seconds to override initial mental resistance. As well as, focusing on small wins. Break a huge, intimidating goal into tiny pieces because small, frequent completions release more steady dopamine than waiting for a massive final result.
When things don’t go the way you thought they would, your first instinct might be to react.
Fix it, control it, question it or run from it.
But what if, instead, you sat with it?
Because sometimes our first reaction isn’t the truth, It’s fear, disappointment, old conditioning, or simply our nervous system trying to make uncertainty feel safe.
So pause.
There is wisdom in the space between what happened and what you choose to do about it.
Sometimes what feels like life going off track is simply life asking you to slow down long enough to see a different path.
Not every detour is a mistake. Sometimes the pause is where the path reveals itself.
We all have different reasons for walking in this lifetime. But at the core we are all here to walk in such a way we make the world a better place. The goal within that shouldn’t be about ourselves, however yes we have our individual reasons to be here. By healing ourselves we are more capable of helping others. As a collective we should want to wrap our arms around someone having a bad go of it and say “I see you”. As well as seeing someone win and say “you’re amazing!”.

Over the coming months, something is shifting.
My yoga space, Yoga Soul, is on the edge of a transformation, and you're invited.
Here’s what you need to know:
The yoga you're familiar with is simply *one of* the tools you'll use in the experiences I'm creating for you. And by no means is it a prerequisite for joining this community.
We're heading beyond the four walls of the studio where you can actually remember what it feels like to simply exist.
Now love, I see you.
You have (big dreams and goals.) But always feeling the same pressure: of not enough time, aero motivation and life in general neverl letting up.
When, and how are you supposed to choose yourself?
What I’m offering will create the conditions for you to prioritize YOU and some
necessary me-time again — whereas everyday life simply gets in the way, this will allow for pause and presence.
The noise of your life and routines will quietly settle into the background. You'll have room for deeper rest and meaningful reflection and get to choose how you move through life. This is a shift that will continuse long after you return home.
Friends, I’m hosting my first two weekend-long Yoga Retreats in 2027, right here in the US. And I’d love for you to be a part of them.
Now for the fun part! Where are we going?! 👇🏼
For your first retreat, the canopy of sycamores will hold you. An intimate group of you will join me in the forest in my home state of Indiana.
Later in the year, an eco-luxe glamping retreat in Florida will set the stage for an unforgettable experience and life-altering transformation.
Spaces will be limited on both retreats so if you feel seen, let's stay connected:
Follow Yoga Soul on Facebook, and on Instagram, where I'll share behind the scenes moments as these retreats come to life. And if you already know you're meant to be part of this Retreat family, DM me your best email address for first access to details & registration.
I can’t wait to share this journey around the states - and eventually the world - with you.🥰It all begins in 2027!With love,
Amee
