4 minutes to establish a 1rm Shoulder to overhead
All divisions: Barbell from the rack
*each pair will get 4 minutes to establish a 1rm shoulder to overhead. Any shoulder to overhead is permitted so long as it is from the front rack and the “finish” position is reached (arms locked over midline, hips open, knees straight). Bars will start empty. Both teammates may help load the bar. Clips must be used and weight must be declared before each attempt. Bar must be taken from racks every attempt. Attempts may go down or up in weight. Attempts must be completed by the 4min time cap. Score is the sum of heaviest successful lifts for each teammate.

AMRAP 10
Max cal row (2 rowers)
Max synchro DB Lunges
Rx: 70’s/50’s
Masters: 50’s/35’s
Scaled: 35’s/25’s
Teams will work in M/F, M/F pairs. Pairs switch every minute (5 rounds each station). Each athlete will hold 2 dumbbells suitcase style. Lunges must be forward stepping. Synchro is lockout/completion of each lunge.
