📣 Endless Rise August Update

Endless Rise will be taking the month of August off due to fall sports scheduling conflicts and as Coach Riley and his family prepare to welcome the arrival of their first child.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support during this exciting time! We hope all of our athletes have a great start to their fall sports seasons, and we look forward to getting back on the mat with everyone soon.

In observance of the Fourth of July holiday, we will not have practice on Thursday, July 2nd.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday celebrating with family and friends! 🇺🇸

🚨 Special Guest Alert! 🚨

Tonight at Endless Rise, we are excited to welcome a special guest coach! 💪

Connor Corbett will be leading our strength and agility session this evening. Connor is a 2025 Heath High School graduate and was an All-State athlete in both football and baseball. He has recently started his own strength and agility training program, and we’re excited to have him share his knowledge and experience with our athletes.

Be sure to come ready to work and take advantage of this great opportunity to learn from a talented local athlete!

🔥 ENDLESS RISE WRESTLING CLUB 🔥

We’re excited to announce that practices will be starting back up on June 4th and will continue every Thursday in the month of June from 6:30–8:00 PM!

Our summer practices will be a mix of:
💪 Wrestling-focused strength & conditioning
🤼 Live wrestling instruction and drilling

Whether you’re looking to stay in shape, improve your technique, or get extra mat time in this offseason, we’d love to have you in the room!

📣 Endless Rise Update 📣

Due to scheduling conflicts and participation, we will be taking the month of May off and starting back up in June.

For the month of June, we will begin with one practice per week on Thursday evenings.

Please keep an eye out for exact practice times and any additional schedule updates as we get closer. We’re looking forward to getting back in the room and building momentum this summer! 💪

We are looking to get a feel for interest in May & June strength/conditioning + wrestling practices 💪🤼‍♂️

We know this time of year gets busy with baseball, softball, and other activities, so before we finalize our schedule, we want to hear from you!

We are considering offering practice once or twice a week, and your feedback will help us decide what works best for everyone.

👉 If your athlete is interested, please send us a message!
Feel free to include:

* Preferred days (if you have any)
* Once a week or twice a week

This will help us build a schedule that works for as many families as possible!
