WE ARE LOOKING FOR 2.5 PLAYERS FOR A ROTATING PARTNER SCRAMBLE (NO PARTNER NEEDED) ON SUNDAY, JULY 26 IN THE AFTERNOON. The tournament is indoors at the Pickleball Athletic Club - PAC. Cost is $75/player, which includes lunch. VCPC needs volunteers for the Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament on July 25-26, 2026, at the Pickleball Athletic Club (PAC), 2000-B Anchor Ct, Thousand Oaks, CA. We need the following help:

Help-to-Move equipment from storage (Saturday July 25)
Bracket Leaders
Photographers - Cell phones photos are great!
First Aiders (certified in some or all of First Aid/CPR/AED)
Pack Up and Move equipment back to storage (Sunday July 26)

Saturday: 3.5 Mixed Doubles. 3.0 Mixed Doubles. 2.5 Mixed Doubles* (*2.5 Mixed Doubles division is a set partner round robin that can have teams of either TWO women or ONE woman and ONE man.
Sunday: 3.0 Women’s Doubles. 3.5 Women’s Doubles

If you or someone you know might be interested in signing up for one of these divisions (or on waitlist for other divisions), please send an email with the following information for BOTH players: names, ages, DUPR IDs & ratings, email addresses, phone numbers, and the division you want to play in to: [email protected].

Important Announcement: Rainy weather forecast for this weekend. Spring Fling Pickleball Tournament has been postponed to Saturday, April 18 and Sunday April 19,

All participants should have received an email today regarding this postponement. All players (teams or singles) who have registered for the tournament need to respond to the email ASAP at [email protected], letting us know if (1) you will be playing on the rescheduled date, (2) withdrawing completely, (3) will have a different partner, or (4) will have a different team play in your spot. In light of any withdraws, there may be spots available in ALL brackets and we will first contact the people on our wait-list and then we will open up registration again, as needed.
