Just a sneak peek of the kitchen/fridge setup! The stove will be stored over the fridge during transport. To cook, just pull it out and the stove will lower to a height of 37 inches. Perfect counter height.

The led lighting and switch panel has been completed for the rear compartments. The awning lights will be installed later.

Time to demo the interior while I wait for materials for yet another project I started and haven't finished yet.🤣

I found some cancer on the passenger fender which turned a simple color change into a ton of work. It was a lot of effort but they look amazing now. I added a pic at the end showing the original white bumper and fenders. These were powder coated and will last another 50 years easy.

The vision is coming to life. Not finished yet but wanted to get as much installed before Saturday. The swing out kitchen is still waiting for the three main drawers, a fourth under the slideout table and plumbing for the water heater. I will be in the car show at the Camarillo Airshow on Saturday. Thursday evening with some stripper and old school ACDC!

Powder coater came through and was able to have this done this afternoon. I fabbed this bracket to support the main pivot point of the awning . It was also made flush with the existing aluminum sides. The plating was cut from the top boxes I removed. The goal was to have it look factory and tie in with the rest of the aluminum on the truck. Powder coating sure makes it look Ike I'm a good welder!😁

Got some pieces back from powder coating today! Really need to clean those tires now.
