This is the easiest exercise my clients get and it is in MOST programs.
It is called “Static Back” and it helps with so many postural issues that can cause headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, and those pesky knots in your traps. More on that later.
Lie on your back with your legs at 90* over a chair, focus on your belly breathing and hang out for 5-10 minutes.

They all say “ Food is medicine.” - and it’s not an exaggeration. To treat ourselves well we can start with some small steps such as making green juice from time to time and using good spice such as saffron in our food, tea, or as a supplement. These brightly colored treasures are readily available to us, with delightful tastes and no side effects. They are good for our heart, brain and our waist lines.
Plenty of references are online demonstrating their safety, use and benefits.
In the new year, we are putting our health as top priority because our health is what we rely on for everything. It determines how well we can do the things in life as well as how how we feel day to day. So Happy New Year! Hope your days will be happy and vibrant and filled with colors!
Here’s a simple recipe for green juice - make your own version as you please!
3 Oz broccoli florets, 2 oz kale leaves, one orange, one apple, juice from half a lemon, add ice cubes and water(3 cups), blend in blender for 50 secs. This is a basic green juice. Feel free to add or abstract Ingredients. To your health! Cheers! ❤️

It is utterly true that our brain and body together is an integrated system. Taking care of our body, giving it exercises, great nutrition, water, oxygen and sound sleep will benefit our brain and taking care of our brain, including mental health will help prevent many chronic illnesses. So be kind to our brain, ourselves.
Posture therapy and weight loss in a healthy sustainable manner are good entry points for good health for both our body and brain.

Did you know posture is closely related to our brain health? Some uses the phrase “Digital Dementia”. PrePost takes care of your posture.
It doesn’t take much flexion for the muscles protecting your lower back to turn off and stop supporting your spine. Give this test a shot and see for yourself.
And then when you are moving throughout your day, see what situations you let your back round and “turn off”.

Would this partially explain why what we eat affects how we feel?
For me when ever I have a drink at a restaurant or while I’m out I ALSO have a water. The water will help make you feel more full while the sugary beverage will make you want to consume more of what ever you are eating. Go ahead and have those drinks just be conscious of not only what calories it’s giving you but what calories it will make you want.
