The annual Softball Hit-a-thon and family picnic is this Saturday!!

Please see the schedule below for our annual Hit-a-Thon and picnic, located at Thurmont Town Park on Saturday May 16th.

The face painter will be there from 11:30 to 1:30.

The online pledge portal will remain open until Friday at midnight. Cash pledges will be accepted on the day of the event when your player hits.

**Parents, please consider volunteering to help measure hits and set up food. We greatly appreciate your support. **

10U- Arrive by 10:15. 10U teams will hit until approximately 11:50.
15U- Arrive by 11:45. Team will hit until approximately 12:25.
8U and 12U- Arrive by 12:25.
All teams eat together at 12:30 (8U and 12U will hit after our picnic)
12U- Arrive back to hitting station at 1:00. Team will hit until approximately 1:30.
8U- Arrive back to hitting station at 1:30. Team will hit until approximately 2:00.

For an extra hit, please bring a canned food item for the Thurmont food bank!

If your child cannot attend the Hit-A-Thon event on Saturday 5/16, please let their coach know so that we can make arrangements to have them hit the following week at practice or before/after a game.

Please bring a dish to share! The league will provide chicken, pizza, mac and cheese and water. A signup genius link is included below for additional sides and desserts that are needed for the picnic. If you wish to bring something that's not listed, please choose an 'other' slot, and write in what you're bringing under the comment.

Unfortunately, due to the coming storms overnight and in the morning, the Hit-A-Thon is postponed until Saturday May 16th during our league picnic. Details will follow shortly.

Pictures are STILL ON FOR TOMORROW at the Senior Center. Please arrive at your scheduled time and enter through the side entrance.

CRC is excited to announce two new items to support your favorite player. We have a stainless coffee tumbler as well as a snazzy wide-mouth water bottle. $20 each. Orders may be placed via venmo. Make sure to specify which type of tumbler as well as quantity requested. Also, let us know in the venmo note your player's name and team.
